SERVICING CENTRES' SECTION

The new models LPG/CNG controllers BLUE TRONIC 4.x are able to be mounted in mechanical injection or carburettor engines. In the software there is a panel added for this working regime.

The RPM in these cars are measured directly from the Hall sensor,which sends the signal synchroniously with the spark (signals = sparks). If this sensor is not present the signal for the RPM is taken directly from the spark coil. The LPG/CNG controller developes virtual benzine injection times in dependence of the engine's load (the vacuum in the intake manifold) and in this way the controller can be used with its full functionality.

The mechanical injection regime can be used in the two new models LPG/CNG controllers - BLUE TRONIC 4.4LC и BLUE TRONIC 4.6.
